My goods arrived so late that it caused my business £1250 to date. I pleaded with the customer service who kept promising me next day delivery with text confirmation - that means nothing, my parcel still did not get delivered.
DPD customer service staff were so unprofessional and inadequate is unbelievable. They have Duty Managers, some of them are Asians (sorry to mentioning this even though I am an Asian myself) are so immature , unintelligent & heartless that they are incapable of come up with a solution. DPD CEO, Dwain McDonald, is the same. Though Dwain is not unintelligent otherwise he would not be the CEO, but he just does not care or know the meaning of customer service! He only sees £££$$$ signs. My biggest regret that I took a chance with DPD....never again will I use DPD. I request you NOT to use them because DPD just bad news, brings misery and nothing else! Avoid DPD at any cost.
