If I had the option to give 0 stars then I would. DPD proves the saying "you get what you pay for" I'm my case I am still waiting for my parcel from 17th January
..its now 21 March.
The customer service is non existent and if a reply is given it is a standard reply from a list. All I can say is if you do not want to spend hours on the phone, days emailing, sleepless nights and high blood pressure then DO NOT USE this company....better to pay more and actually receive the parcel
