Dpd makes me sick, My parcel was lost in their own depot and now I lost a lot of money as my parcel was bought from alibaba and sender no more exist , don’t have contacts and so on. And now dpd wants me to contact sender until then they will not start searching for my goods. Absolutely shocked, lost my money!
Never had any problems with the other courier companies. They customer service hired from South Africa who don’t give any advice.
