I have been using DPD for my business for a few months now, their reputation does not accurately reflect my experience, unfortunately. I have over £3,000 worth of missing parcels, some of them over 3 months old. I have contacted them almost every week to resolve these issues and finally refused to pay my invoice. let me tell you it didn't take long for them to put my account on stop when I am due them money. They don't seem to care. They have refused to reinstate my account while they correct their own errors. Subsequently, I will be pursuing them in court for my losses and using another courier from now on.
