Your delivery guy Ian ! If you had more staff like him I might consider using you for my business! He saved the day , you didn’t inform of delivery day .. I was at work , he came 2 days afterwards, fantastic man ! On his own for a fridge freezer... I live in flat ! More staff like him might improve your bad reputation! Wake up !
