After paying extra for premium Saturday delivery, the Enfield depot controller messed up the label and did not give my parcel to the driver. I got a message instead to say my parcel will be delivered the following Monday, when I was going to be away from home. After many phone calls to customer services they put me through the Enfield depot and I spoke to the woman controller. She was going to try and rectify her mistake and call back. She never did and my parcel had not been delivered. When I called back there was no answer and customers services said she must have finished her shift and left. I tried to get a refund but the customer service advisor did not know how to do it and asked me to call back another time. They still have my parcel and my money. I would never get back my wasted Saturday and the time spend on the phone throughout the day to customers services department. No avenue to make a complaint through their website. The customer service advisor said he’ll make a note of the incompetency and lies of the Enfield depot controller and highlight to his supervisor but I have no trust that anything will be done about it or that I will ever receive a ‘sorry’ note. Never using them again!
