Worst delivery service I had to deal with.
My package has been postponed for 5 consecutive days. The person at the customer service told me the package arrived at the depot yesterday; the app says the package has been sitting there for 3 days. The app says the delivery will be on Sunday, the customer service says it won't because for some reason they don't deliver here on Sundays.
I wouldn't be surprised if they lost it. That happened twice this year already (both lost and completely damaged items in the package).
