Terrible experience with DPD.
I refused a delivery and told the driver expecicaly to send it back to sender only to have it redelivered again next day.
I missed another delivery and called them to rearrange to have the items redeliver them, I was told they would be delivered yesterday, I am still waiting for the delivery....as of today
