Absolutely dreadful customer service even if you go to the top! Completely agree with other reviews regarding drivers inability to ring a doorbell so that a problem never arises in the beginning. Ring and ring and are continually fobbed off with different stories each time which contradict the story from the last phone call. After a week of around 10 phone calls and as many emails am told that its not the driver's fault that he couldn't ring the doorbell and now I have lost £180.00. The case is closed and there is nothing more I can do. Joke of a company.
