I rang the call centre and spoke to Jordan who was ok.He advised me to try the neigjbours later when they were in to see if my parcel was there. Anyway, i decided to look through the letterbox and it was there - not fully gone through. So I managed to retrieve it. I called a second time and the service was appalling. Background noise, the agent (south african) wasn't interested and hung up on me! Called a third time and better response but not at all convinced would be escalated. I would be extremely reluctant to receive goods via DPD. Atrocious. (my parcel was an covid antigen test as well).
