Where do I start? 90% of the time not bothering to come to the front door (up one flight of stairs). Instead they dump it where they like - outside in the street, in the communal hallway, or even dumping outside someone else's flat over the road.
I can't even explain the laziness of these drivers. They truly are the worst courier company and almost always don't deliver as arranged.
