Absolutely disgraceful company. Left note on door asking parcel to be left in safe place as requested by DPD. The note was ignored and parcel taken to shop in unsafe place of town. DPD customer service denied that note was left although note clearly shown in courier photograph. I would never use this company again . Disgusting service.
