Failed to deliver as agreed then sent false message saying item had been delivered. In reality, it hadn't but was being taken back to depot because the driver simply couldn't be bothered to do his job properly.
You pay peanuts - what are you going to get? Hopeless outfit, why Amazon still put their reputation at risk by using this lot is beyond me!
