Thieves. Unreliable. Very poor customer service.
Paid £10 express delivery on Monday for a very important item. Notified by the retailer I bought it from that DPD had lost my item (stolen). Re-ordered the same item, and paid again for express delivery. I then had to change the destination of the parcel due to DPD’s previous mistake, of which they felt it was acceptable to add another day onto my delivery.
Well I go on Christmas leave from today and I will not have my order until I return.
Don’t advertise your deliveries as express. It is anything but that. Truly shocking customer services also, didn’t even attempt to help. Just assumed nothing was achievable in getting this item to me. These reviews are really worth my time, I’ll be emailing the company I purchased my item from and do everything I can to ensure they use a different courier.
