Received missed delivery notice within 5mins of the delivery window 1hr slot. Photo confirmed driver did not even approach security entrance for the industrial area. No phone call . Shocking service. Drivers name Stuart according to the delivery details.
I hope, but wont hold my breath , we get a delivery tomorrow.
