I have been waiting 3 days for my delivery. I stay in all day wait but nothing arrives only to see that it has been taken back to the depot. The call centre was advised that the dpd parcel scanner broke and no further deliveries could be made today. I have been told that it will be sent out again tomorrow. Let's see! This is a gift. By the way, there was a DpD driver in my road today delivering. Why did they not include my parcel on his run. Rubbish service!!
