Poor experience. The delivery driver Damien failed to deliver a parcel of spare parts needed to fix a broken machine. Paid extra for next day delivery. I got a message saying "oops we've missed you, be back tomorrow". What a bare faced lie, the driver didn't turn up here to miss me, and the instructions were to leave the parcel in a nominated safe place, so he didn't need a signature. Ineffecient delivery company that tell lies. Maybe this Damian chap will manage to deliver tomorrow... not holding my breath.
