Absolutely shocking service. We instructed the driver where to leave a parcel and he clearly ignored our request and sent it back to the depot. Upon speaking to customer services three times I was told that the parcel would be redelivered the following day but that didn't happen either. We received it three days later.
Several days later I've had the same sort of issues with a parcel. The driver has said that he's tried to deliver a parcel even though we've been in all day. Very dis-appointing yet again from dpd. I will not be recommending dpd to anyone.
