Christmas present never delivered, they just said we'd missed delivery everytime (we didn't as we were always in and have a video doorbell). Failed to deliver on 5 different days. I contacted customer services to provide additional information to help the driver, including land marks, a phone number to ring if the driver was having trouble, and also a what3words geolocation of our front door so they couldn't miss it. Still no delivery. Now I can't give my mum her Christmas present this year. We have had no problem with royal mail, hermes etc delivering to the house
