Worst ever!
My son paid for DPD next day delivery which enabled parcel to be 'left' (abandoned at door without owner's knowledge) with a 'neighbour' over half a mile away (there are about 200 nearer ones). Eventually traced and picked up only to be told it is a frequent problem.
