Been a week trying to receive a parcel... keep getting a picture of front door saying sorry missed you ... your driver $%£^$ wont be back today. Twice rearranged delivery to a neighbour who is always in!
Contacting is very difficult ...
No parcel... no idea when arriving, seems to be going between depot and house and back again... very carbon neutral service!
I will be actively telling friends / family NOT to use the service ...
