DPD emailed me at 06.37 Tues 11 Jan to expect a parcel 07.38-08.38 Tues 11 Jan.
NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS MADE. I've checked our CCTV as well. DPD also failed to deliver on Mon 10 Jan to the pick up shop.
I have arranged a third delivery attempt on 12 Jan.
Whilst I do appreciate DPD have delivery problems some times. I do not appreciate that when their parcels are tracked they show DELIVERY REFUSED 'when the failing is DPD'S. I will of course be notifying the sender of this and if you continue to fail delivery demand of them a refund.
