DPD driver never buzzed or attempted to call, so I was marked as "not in" even though I was, and the parcel was directed to a pick up shop. 5 miles away. In London. Where there are DPD shops every 5 metres.
And apparently it's impossible to redirect it once it's been marked for delivery to a pick up shop. So yeah thanks DPD for making my life much harder than it needs to be, once again.
