Terrible - no customer service. On 5 January driver Valentin collected my parcel to be sent to France and on my doorstep removed customs forms saying not necessary.
After innumerable emails, calls, chats, on 28 January I received an email saying my parcel was found and being returned to me. It had been all the way to France, sat in French Customs for weeks and sent back with no explanation. I was charged £22.12 for nothing.
