First of all delivered frozen food to the wrong address - box clearly says frozen food on i. Door is clearly numbered and the picture they shown is of the wrong door.
Went on the chat and gave a number to contact me on then got an email an hour later saying sorry we couldnt reach you…… they didnt call the requested number
