Absolutely awful. They didn't give me the option to choose a time-slot for when my new phone would be delivered so that I could make sure it arrives at a time when I'm going to be in to collect.
Attempted twice and nobody home both times (obviously) and instead of giving me other delivery options such as leaving with a neighbour or dropping off at a nearby shop for me to collect, they've decided to send it back to tEE and I have to order it again after EE cancels this order.
