Very angry
Very angry. Message to say no signature needed but then parcel taken to ‘local’ collection point which was anything but local. No option to contact them or re-arrange delivery. I had to drive into town, pay car parking and waste an hour collecting. To make it worse, loads of messages saying I was helping the planet by collecting. Really???
