What went wrong well everything said no-one was home even though my cctv shows no driver even got to my address.
The photo the driver uploaded to prove that he had tried to deliver showed a car send a hedge both of which I don't own.
The sender then changed to express delivery before noon on next day.
Dpd emails then said delivery after 2.30
And they want more directions even though I've installed the DPD app using what 3 words.
Words fail me at the levels of indifference and incompetence shown
