DPD drivers are absolutely incompetent. Several times my deliveries didn’t come but I received emails informing “I’ve missed my deliver” whilst sitting at home. They’ve sent my parcels to a pick up shop which wasn’t even close to me.
According to Customer service they are not able to change the delivery option so therefore service users are suffering the consequences because of their own employees.
Be careful if you get a guy called ‘Mubaasar’ as your delivery man cause he will not even attempt to ring the bell!!
