The fact that there is no way to get in touch with the driver is shocking. Yesterday I missed the delivery and they were supposed to deliver again this morning and I just got the message that the parcel was refused as the contact name wasn't recognised. There is no option to call or message the driver and he didn't try to contact me either.
I called customer service and the woman told me that the first line of address was missing, so the driver probably wanted to deliver it to someone else. I asked her how is that even possible when the driver was at my house just the day before and he even took a picture that I missed the delivery! Then she told me that someone will get in touch with me in an hour, which means the driver will already be at the other side of the city. This is all very stressful especially when the parcel is very expensive.
DPD, you need to get this sorted.
