Abysmal. Parcel went missing and DPD refuse to refund even the delivery fee stating that three weeks later the parcel is not "lost" it just "cannot be found". Risible customer service department who claim that as I booked through an agent it there is nothing they can do even though their own tracking system shows very clearly that the parcel was lost in the DPD system three weeks ago.
