Apparently” after my Saturday absence, the parcel was scheduled for today. From a to z, this company offers only lies, both driver and customer service. Both parties just providing false information. What I don’t understand is, how can customer service accept that the driver, lie that I was not at home, attaching a photo of the building and the street which clearly isn’t mine address. Honestly for such disrespect and confirmed lies he should get a reward. Moreover, while the customer service kindly informed me that around 7 the driver would come back with my parcel, which never happened. I just find out that from 6.30 no one is working, both the driver and customer service.
It’s absolutely gross lies.
