I simply cannot believe how bad the service from DPD has been. My phone from EE was due on Monday 16th May. It was sent to the incorrect address, sent back and resent. It was supposed to arrive yesterday 21st May, but still no sign and no communication from DPD. I called up to complain, and was told there was nobody to take a complaint... I cannot understand why EE use them for deliveries. Terrible service and STILL NO PHONE!!!!
