I have been waiting for a parcel to come to the UK from the Netherlands since 2nd April 2022. It is now 28th of May and the said parcel is still in transit apparently. It was supposed to have arrived at Oldbury in April. Tracking just says on the way to depot or in transit. Is this depot on Mars!!!
No reply when I raised this with DPD and the seller isnt getting anywhere either. An absolute shambles. The worst courier Ive ever encountered.
