One star is being generous. Received tracking information saying driver had attempted delivery day 1 and day 2 - false information submitted by DPD, driver has not attempted the delivery and taken ramdom picture day 1 and picture of dashboard day 2. Spoke to customer services and delivery upgraded for AM delivery day 4, again this did not happen. Now Day 5 and spoken to customer service again only to be told my item was being returned to sender. No apology or explanation, just wanted me off the phone. I appricate delays can happen time to time, however DPD are being paid for a service and making no attempt to even attempt the deliveries and returning orders without notification. Extremely poor service.
