You say that you care about environment.
Why then you burn fuel twice delivering the same parcel. When your courier can simply make a call ten minutes before he is in the place.
In my home country Lithuania DPD does that. That saves your time and fuel , my time as well , and environment you say you care about.
I would give a zero if there would be such option
