the parcel has been sent out twice and been in the Morley depot for 2 days each time and on both occasions it has been sent back to the sender - no reason given either time. Never had problems with other delivery companies or DPD before. No reason given for non-delivery. No option to collect.
After this experience I will not order online if the item is going to be delivered by DPD.
