Absolutely useless. We are in a large complex with a reception office.
Driver apparently arrived, made no attempt to contact us (We had provided a contact number to Dyson - it was a collection arrangement to pick up a faulty machine); and he simply drove off again.
Cannot get through to anyone at DpD - recorded messages only.
Total waste of my time - waited in especially.
Not even worth the one star I have had to give in order to leave this review!
