What a waste of time (& money) these guys are.. wasted a whole day expecting a parcel. When I called they gave some BS excuse. Will have to waste another day now.. & if they mess about again then Im just going to cancel my order and not bother buying from SAMSUNG again.
Why the hell does SAMSUNG (or anyone) use this abysmal company???
