DPD is so bad.
I waited all day for my parcel as it was quite important.
got a sms saying delivery driver missed me as i was not in. BULL!
Then on the dpd website i got a picture of the supposed delivery attempt but it wasnt even my place.
Tried to contact dpd uk on several platforms. but dpd app and whatsapp was not even available. call was picked up by a bot. this made me FURIOUS. oh the fire in my heart.
I had to reschedule my delivery to a pick up point which defeats the purpose of a delivery. DPD sux.
