Utterly appalling and non existent customer services, offering no help whatsoever, my parcel has gone missing, online it alleges it was delivered to me, but now it turns out it was sent to a different postcode. DPD refused to do anything about it, I get a CallCenter that’s based in South Africa with the most incompetent agents possible. Don’t use DPD
DPD don’t care, extraordinarily frustrating to deal with. Absolutely awful
