We expected a package of books from Portugal. I cannot confirm it but apparently when the package arrived we were not at home and DPD deposited the package in a warehouse without letting us know. After contacting the publisher we understood the package was at a warehouse. When we went there they told us DPD has taken the package and sent it back to Portugal. We have no contacted the publisher and asked to use a different carrier since this is not our first bad experience with DPD.
