Driver never showed up. Tried their chat and they said that driver said "items were not ready for collection". Because I knew it was a lie (I have CCTV to prove they actually never showed up) then they said maybe the got the wrong address. When they realized they had the right address they just offered to rearrange which is not good enough. I asked to be delivered next day using their guaranteed service but they refused. Really poor customer service, I will never use them again.
