I am still waiting for the 20kg package of UK bird seeds that was expected the 29/07 as Amazon Prime delivery. The 30/07 passed the carrier, and he didn't have the package in the van. "I'll come back tomorrow", he said, and on the tracking page, they wrote that I asked to change the day!
I called yesterday, and they told me that they made an investigation... the tone of the customer service was really encouraging, and this is sarcasm, not a compliment.
Yesterday (08/08), I also ordered bird seeds, on eBay this time, asking before who the carrier was.
I am furious!
