Waited in all day for a parcel that I need today. Driver didn't even attempt delivery - the first I knew he was even in the area was when I got a text saying he was unable to deliver. Didn't knock, didn't ring the doorbell, didn't try and phone me. DPD customer service were predictably useless.
People love to hate Hermes but at least they'll generally *attempt* to deliver rather than not even trying. Now the parcel I need today won't be ready until 16.30 tomorrow. Thanks, DPD!
