Sender ordered pickup on August 18th. Package arrived today August 26th. Lots of conversations with DPD. A variety of excuses including suggesting I call a 3rd party Parcel company, the Senders address was wrong - it wasn’t. Just a complete lack of any accountability. No one prepared to take ownership of the issue and see it through. Each call ended with “just keep checking the site” “someone will be in contact “ “sorry about that”.
