Avoid DPD at all costs! In the last year, they messed up so many of my deliveries! Their customer support makes up so many lies so they don't have to admit they lost my parcels or have no clue why the delivery people didn't even bother to do their job.
I get messages from DPD all the time that I "wasn't home" (but I work from home on all days!), and they don't bother to ring the doorbell or read the delivery notes. My previous home had a reception that takes parcels for the whole building, DPD sent me a message "I wasn't home", even though in the delivery notes I wrote they can leave it with the concierge. Then the DPD manager admitted the delivery guy didn't even come close to my home that day but still had the audacity to sign the delivery parcel as delivered, while it was lost and made a random picture of another parcel. This company really needs to do something about their business!
