I had a delivery booked for today. I sat and waited only to receive a message to say that the driver attempted to deliver my parcel but no one was in. I contacted DPD and was told there was nothing they could do, as they said the driver had gone to the wrong address. I was offered an alternative day & time but neither are convenient. Really poor customer service as the person I spoke to ended the chat when I asked what they were going to do to rectify their drivers mistake.
