I was emailed to say my parcel would be delivered on a certain day, they said they would send a 1 hour delivery slot, that never came (you don't always get one so that's no surprise, the drivers just turn up when they feel like it). The parcel never arrived and I had to ring customer services to find out what happened. Only then did they inform me, at 8.30pm, via email, that my package would not be delivered that day. I had taken time off work, avoided going out anywhere and wasted a day because of these fools! When you complain you get the standard answer, you don't have a contract with us, get in touch with the seller. Until this changes we will never see an improvement with DP'D.
