Yet again no delivery after waiting all day. Driver running late and then drives past the end of our road back to chelmsford depot.
They employ cheap labour who will not stay late if running behind. Next day delivery is a joke with them. Now they say my parcels are going to Argos in Chelmsford. I am in Sudbury. DPD has so gone down hill.
